Exciting news! With our newest update, v3.38.5, we now have more bonus tracker options in the app! Now you can manually create trackers for all of your linked cards. Plus, there are more options for tracking that weren’t in v2, such as specific trackers for numbers of transactions. You can read more about this in our changelog here.
On the bug front, this Monday, we released v3.37.4, which brought some much-needed improvements. Notably, a bug where users were getting logged out after closing the app and a bug that was requiring users to continually update their login info when syncing accounts should now be fixed.
There are some lingering bugs that we are still investigating. Here’s a brief rundown on where we’re at with that
Amex syncing bug: There’s a bug that is preventing users from completing the syncing with Amex, and we are conducting a two-part investigation on this.
Amex offers bug: There’s an issue in the app where the offers are being activated when syncing the account, but they are not showing up on the offers tab. The important thing is that the offers should still be activated. If anyone asks about this, you can advise them that this is a bug we’re working on, and in the meantime, give it five minutes after syncing, then check with the Amex app to verify that offers were activated.
Chase bug: Chase is our most difficult bank to support. We are working on multiple solutions to improve connectivity to Chase. The timing on these is a work in progress, and we will update you in the new year.
